Lex & Co is such a beautiful salon, and I wanted to get a Bob and found Lex on IG. I actually flew from New York to get a cut in Arizona! It was worth it! Lex is very knowledgeable, talented and very kind. I told her what I wanted and she explained what would work for me and just did a fabulous job! She even recommended products to get and how to use them! I really enjoyed the process and she made me feel confident in trusting her! I also love that she was educating me on how to blow it out too as she is doing! I’m so happy with the cut! It’s a whole new vibe and I’m loving it! I highly recommend and her co worker Jess also does great hair and color! The two of them are killing the salon! 10/10 recommend it’.
I have been going to Alexis since i moved to Arizona back in 2022. I specifically searched for a brunette specialist since all the hairstyles seemed to be only blonde specialist, LOL and she is absolutely the BEST! Alexis is an amazing hairstylist and is always giving suggestions and recommendations for what not only looks best but what will keep your hair healthy. She has done both my blonde and darker hair colors and I’ve loved them all. I always have such a great time chatting in her chair like I’m hanging with one of my girls!
I can’t say enough amazing things about Lex! She is truly a master at what she does. Every single time I sit in her chair, I know I’m going to walk out feeling confident and beautiful. From the moment you meet her, you can tell how passionate she is about her craft. She listens, she cares, and she always takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you’re hoping for (and usually something even better!). Lex has such a natural eye for detail and style. Whether it’s color, cut, or just a simple refresh, she somehow always knows exactly what my hair needs. My favorite thing about her is how much she truly listens. She asks questions, gives honest advice, and makes sure the end result is absolute perfection. You can tell she genuinely wants every client to leave her chair feeling their absolute best. Beyond her incredible talent, Lex is just a beautiful person inside and out. She creates such a welcoming, comfortable environment that feels more like catching up with a good friend than just getting your hair done. Her energy is uplifting, her confidence is inspiring, and she has this way of making you feel so cared for. I always walk out of her chair with healthy, gorgeous hair and the biggest smile on my face. I’m so grateful I found her and honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. If you’re looking for a stylist who’s professional, creative, and truly passionate about what she does, Lex is the one. She’s a gem! 💇♀️✨
I have been seeing Ryanne "Rain" at Lex & Co for extensions and color for years. From the initial consult to the final style, she is always professional, precise, and incredibly thoughtful about my hair goals and lifestyle. She matched the color seamlessly (no line of demarcation in sight), installed the extensions comfortably with zero tugging, and taught me exactly how to care for them so they stay gorgeous between visits. The blend is invisible, the movement is natural, and the finish looks like my hair—just better. Bonus points for her efficient timing and spotless station. The salon vibe is welcoming without the chaos, and Ryanne’s chair-side manner is calm, confident, and kind. After every visit I always get amazing compliments, “your hair looks soooo amazing," and —my answer is Ryanne. I also appreciate that she doesn't double book her clients so her full attention if focused on me! If you need an amazing hair makeover get on her schedule now.
